Tacai is a multidisciplinary creative strategist and human-centred design practitioner with over eight years of experience working at the intersection of design, technology, and people systems. Their professional background includes recruiting and building technical talent pipelines for global organisations such as Meta, Spotify, and Amazon.
Their work focuses on understanding how people think, work, and interact with systems, applying design thinking to areas ranging from organisational strategy to spatial and experiential design. With a strong interest in wellbeing and human experience, they have led and contributed to projects that prioritise clarity, usability, and emotional intelligence in both digital and physical environments.
Currently, Tacai is expanding their practice into AI-informed design and data analysis, exploring how machine learning and analytical frameworks can support more responsive, ethical, and human-centred solutions. Their work increasingly engages with data storytelling and human–AI interaction, with the aim of shaping products, spaces, and teams that are both intelligent and grounded in human needs.
At the Cameroon Design Festival, Tacai contributes a cross-disciplinary perspective that bridges design, technology, and strategic thinking, supporting the festival’s commitment to design as a tool for development, innovation, and meaningful impact.
